I went in to get prepay service and apparently most of their staff was raised under a rock in Appalachia because they kept loudly and rudely commenting on how I just wanted prepay service when I was clearly about 20 feet away and could hear them. I mean, most tech people in Silicon Valley would never pay $100/month for post-pay Verizon service. It's basically throwing money down the drain, and it's asinine. I scheduled to talk to the manager about it the next day and they never bothered to call me. Extremely unprofessional.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and been to many store. This store is the worst I have ever been. The most rude people on the entire earth works here

I was having trouble with my phone and discussed the problem with the guy at the counter. Also, another employee came up and was listening. I was told they didn't help with technical issues and they were just sales and told me to go to the cellular store down the street. I went there and that gentleman said he couldn't believe your employee didn't offer to change out my SIM card and that this was a corporate office and a SIM card is free. He didn't have any new ones so he sent me to the Nicholasville road store where a nice guy named Jackson assisted me and was very helpful. Low and behold, he put in a new SIM card which solved my problem! Your two employees should be ashamed for not trying to even assist me because they were looking for a sale. I won't be coming back here nor recommending this location. For all I know, one of the guys was a manager. If not, something needs to change here. Wish I had gotten their names!
