        WARNING: APPARENTLY NOT A REAL STORE and you cant get any customer service. They stole our phones and wouldnt honor their policy for unlocking our phones. I would sooner recommend you eat glass than use this store.

        I got a new s24 plus, and I couldn't activate it because my old phone was broken, so I took it in, and while it did take a while, it was fixed. Freddie was his name, I think, and he did a really good job. After the wait, he fixed my phone in under 5 minutes, so I highly recommend this Verizon store.
