        Got my wallet stolen with ID and cards, call center try to help, but these people not giving me replacement even if I can prove with my phone in 1000 different ways who I am, even straight ID picture. Stupid. Closing my bank account as soon as I get an ID back. Im a customer for 9 years. Not anymore.

        Horrible service stood in line 2times to be told I had to speak to another customer rep who was sitting with another customer and engaging in some very foul language and other customers have to listen to it representative should have politely asked customer to tone the language it was f this and f that absolutely ridiculous
