        They are part of the problem! After 3 years and a lot of money going through my account (direct deposits) never offered anything. Denied for the smallest lone, denied for any credit card. I have an above average credit score and get plenty of offers from other places. Never received any interest on any account but they make interest holding your money. Too many different options to be treated any kind of way. That's why I closed my account 7/30/21 unless they reach out and convince me to come back, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

        Bank stole $50 from my account after management PROMISED me it wouldnt. After I asked why, they froze my account and wouldnt let me take my money to PNC!! Once my card expired, I requested a new one and never received it, but PNC bank within walking distance can make them inside the bank. I just want my money that Ive worked for.

        Sad unprofessional bank. Amy is the worse. Also, the teller with the black hair cut shoulder length is rude as well. I feel sad for them, especially Amy to be as old as she is, no class.
