Walgreens - Closed

One of my go to spot when I need cleaning stuff or hygiene and I always use the drive thru when picking up any prescription.

Don't be fooled by only one car being ahead of you in the drive-thru pharmacy. You could still end up trapped in line for over an hour.

New post 12/14/2021 Employee shortage is one thing bad/ terrible management is another Problem 1 closed on weekends- why both days if the customer was truly taken into consideration y'all wld be open at least on Saturdays seems like this is personal decisions Problem#2 closing at 6 during the week. And just a few weeks ago it was 7 most customers work 8-5 given an hour to get important medicine another personal benefit for who ever decided this dream schedule for a pharmacy Problem 3 once we do make within this hectic schedule your in line 10 to 15 min per car oh don't call sit on hold for 25 minutes and still never talk to a person. Y'all might as well close this location or get so new management that consider the customers that pay for your salaries. Ive been trying to get I was scheduled to get my second covid shot. I get to Walgreens and the pharmacy was closed. Sat on hold 15 waiting for the Dixie location to answer the phone thinking I could go there no answer. The location on Broadway pharmacy closed too. Now I'm worrying what's going to happen to my children and I if we don't get this 2nd shot in time? Why no one called txt send an email some form of notification. I received 3 emails confirming my appointments for today.

This Walgreens is getting worse everyday. Been sitting in the pharmacy drive thru for 35 minutes now and only 1 car has left. When you go inside it's usually the same if you buy anything at all since there is seldom anything in stock.

DO NOT use this pharmacy. They don't fill your prescription until you come in to pick it up and then it takes hours. There is always a really long wait. And I was just on hold for over 30 minutes and hung up on when they finally got to me. I'm switching over to Kroger today.
