Walgreens

This Walgreens is horrible. I just had recently had back surgery. Ive been trying to get my medicine for three days now they supposed to deliver it today and they didnt now they had to cancel my order and trying to resubmit it every time I go to get my medicine in there they never have none in stock, the staff is horrible the pharmacist technicians and the ladies at work here at receptions are very rude. I dont know why the store is still open. They never have nothing in stock and they always are rude to their customers. I am going to change my pharmacy. This is the worst for Walgreens pharmacy. Ive been to my whole life. I wouldve asked anybody not to go there. I will give them one star really they dont deserve that but thats as low as you can go.

I just switched my insurance and my insurance was not showing as active in the pharmacy system so they said I would have to pay $500 to get my medication (a medication that I need and have to take daily). This was at 9:30am yesterday morning (02/08/24), the pharmacist called my insurance company and kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know if the insurance company had been able to correct whatever issue was going on. I got off work at 4pm and went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist and another women had tried to put in the information again and it still was not showing that I had insurance ( I paid the premium for it so I know I have it) so they walked to their computer for about 10 minutes as the line grew longer and longer and knocked the price of my medicine from $500 to $98 and then found another discount to get it down to $84 . I know I wont get that refunded by my insurance company but the pharmacist and staff at the pharmacy did all they could to help me throughout the entire day regardless of how busy they were , and they were very busy . Im so grateful for this staff and the care and compassion they showed me

Pharmacy is awful. Long waits, and they don't answer their phones.

This is insane, I just got a notification 2h before the appointment that they are not able to test me, when I did schedule it 3 days ago. Every body needs to know how serious this guys takes their job, and other people times.
