        My experience every time at Republic Bank was excellent every time

        DO NOT GO HERE. They hold your refund and say that it has been sent when it has not. My bank can see what is being sent to them. The irs states that funds should be in account by Feb 28th which has always been accurate .-But not with republic bank. If youre a tax payer go somewhere else. The funny part is you cant speak to someone. The website clearly says that the customer service hours are from 7am-7pm ET. I waited over an hour after that and it says the lines are closed. You are a bank. If this is not accurate please update the website. I will not be going back here.

        I was on the 1-800 number while looking at these reviews talking to a representative named Crystal. I had three or four issues, she solved each and every single one professionally. She placed me on two brief holds and thanked me for holding each time. She was patient and helpful. I felt the need to leave a review after reading all of the one stars. Hopefully the brick and mortar bank has the same service. I shall edit this accordingly.

        Terrible terrible terrible bank. Their app is horrible, their customer service is horrible. Their financial products are horrible. The worst. There is no zero to bank with this institution at all.
