        I walked into this branch today. There weren't any tellers on the teller line. I wasn't greeted. I inquired about the truist money account and was told that they no longer offer it despite it being available on the website. This is the second branch I went to. The first said I had to come back tomorrow and now they don't even offer the product. The customer service is bad with truist in general.

        I had an AWFUL experience with the customer service but then I called the branch and they not only fixed the issue they broke down how to prevent it, as well as set up an appt. to help me with future credit! Thanks for making my day a little easier!
