        Purchased rotors on yesterday took it to the Certified mechanic where he installed the rotor after driving it around to test the rotors. My car begin to shake so I had to go out and purchase a whole another rotor from a different store. The very next day I tried to take the rotor back under warranty to get a refund and Jack/Jake refused to give my money back and said that I couldnt get a refund because it had been Installed, So I explained to him how would I know if its good or bad if we dont install it and test it out? After I read the receipt in the warranty out to him, he still refused! So I called another AutoZone location while I was on the phone at the current location and he told me that he(Jack/Jake) was lying and that I could get a refund since it was under warranty. After driving to another AutoZone I received my money back.
