SO grateful they could see Murphy quickly to take care of an ear infection. Dr Amanda was very thorough and gave excellent care. I've said it before and I'll say it again: they do love them as much as we do. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I absolutely love everyone at this clinic. They have helped me with many pets over the years and I really appreciate their compassion. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this practice. My Cupcake has been so sick and they have taken such wonderful care of him. I took him in last Thursday and Dr. Holaday was the absolute best! She was so caring and compassionate and helped him so much. Cupcake is almost fourteen and this practice is the reason he is still alive.

I am so grateful for Richmond Road Veterinary Clinc. I am the type that looks at what is left to do. With that being said I am grateful for Dr. Kevin Smith and the staff at Richmond Road Veterinary Clinc , without them I wouldn't still have my beloved dog, to look forward to seeing her improve and return to the Lily dog I know. As all pet owners do, I feel my Lily is special. Also as with most pets she doesn't shine as well in the doctor's office as she does at home. ( very few of us does)
Although they don't get to see her at her best and what makes her " my special Lily dog" Dr. Smith and the staff do recognize the fact she is special to me and makes sure I am comfortable with procedures and prices. Whenever possible and a phone call would suffice that is what was done, saving me the cost of office visit. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Kevin Smith and the staff at Richmond Road Veterinary Clinc.
