I loved this place until the new ownership. High pressure tactics and they require you to use their pharmacy or pay to use your own as well as having to force the issue and they refused to give me a written prescription and sign some made up waiver. It may not be outright illegal but it's certainly unethical. This type of business practice will continue until people use their dollars to send a message that this type of business has no place here in Lexington Kentucky. I would never use this place again and this ownership change has ruined this once great vet clinic. So sad.

I have been taking my dog here for 3 years they are great. Very friendly and my dog loves going in for her visits I highly recommend them.

do not bring your pets here!! ever since dr burns retired the new vet has been charging more unnecessary fees that they dont tell you about. they dont care about your animals they only want to make money. they always try to push for pills or shots that your pet doesnt need just to get money. dr burns has saved my pets multiple times but the new vet almost killed my cat. if you are looking for a new vet i highly discourage boston road animal clinic. i am heartbroken.
