This was hands down the worst medical experience Ive ever had. The complete lack of professionalism is concerning from a doctor and his staff who are supposed to be specialists for folks dealing with very serious issues. I was subjected to more than an hour of very invasive and painful testing with no warning or communication beforehand, no chance to ask for so much as a Tylenol, and no aftercare instructions for a procedure that left me without the ability to move my hands for over a week. I was charged a frankly insulting amount of money payable directly to the doctor, not the hospital, and to add insult to injury was told there is a VERY limited form of payment this office will even accept. They refused to answer any billing questions I had and office staff literally laughed at me over the phone. During a time when most aspects of healthcare are in a crisis, I expected more from healthcare professionals. I wouldnt visit this office if my life depended on it, and for some people, it really does.

Very pleasant staff. Robbie who did my testing was very thorough with telling me everything that was going to be done. Dr Leung was great and also explained everything and was thorough.

Dr Leung is lovely and amazing! However, his office manager Victoria (who is also in charge of billing) is hateful, rude, and very unprofessional. She lied to me and was hateful to the kind lady at my insurance company who was trying to help me. I would never risk having to deal with her again. I expect human decency and kindness from anyone in the service industry (or anyone at all), but especially from someone dealing with patients who are suffering and in pain. The fact that she is the person in charge hurts my heart.
