        He switched my epilepsy medication when I was seeing him for migraine, he gave incorrect information as to why he wouldn't try another triptan when the first failed after 10 years, and he tried to refer me back to someone I had a bad experience with prior, and when I didn't want to go back to her, he consulted her without our consent.
