Can't speak on the dr herself seeing as I won't be meeting her for another 4 months, however I can speak on her office staff and how they handle cases. I'm infuriated with how my case has been handled. I got referred to her office after a seizure resulting in me going to the ER. I was put on anticonvulsants and was given a referral to be seen WITHIN THE WEEK due to the urgency and great concern of my dr. I understand that offices can be backed up, however I really feel as though an appointment 5 months out from the starting event is not urgent whatsoever. Her office "lost" my referral from the ER twice and I had to hound them just to get an appointment at all, that far out. Another issue I am now having is ER dr's do not give refills on medication apparently and I was instructed to call this office to get refills on my important medication. I have called the past 3 days asking for a refill on my medication and have yet to get it and now I'm due to run out this weekend, left unknowing when they'll actually remember to send my refill as I'm sure they "lost" this too. This is downright unacceptable, unprofessional behavior and I will be looking to get a referral elsewhere where I am taken seriously and the urgency of my treatment is taken seriously. Very unfortunate that I cannot meet Dr. Kohli as I've heard great things from her but I will not tolerate this any longer.

She is the best neurologist Ive ever seen! If youre having problems with migraines go see her!!! She is very good at her job!
