My experience at Don Franklin was good. Kelvin Lucas was my salesman and I highly recommend him. He worked really hard to get me the best bang for my buck and was friendly and honest. He was patient with all my questions/concerns and even stayed past closing time to make sure everything went good when I finalized my sale. If you want someone to actually work for you instead of only making money off you, Kelvin is the one to ask for in my opinion.

I was greeted by more than one employee, my car was processed quickly, Leanna was pleasant, professional and proficient. Their courtesy and quick service extended to me is refreshing in days when "service" is now a luxury. Deeply grateful.
