This was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable car shopping experience we have ever had. Xavian Tellis and the rest of the staff made us feel that they genuinely cared about our satisfaction and made us feel more than just a sale. They followed up to make sure we were satisfied and let us know several times that we could reach out with any questions/concerns. We will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle. The finance manager, Josh Muncy made sure to explain every charge. He did not try to sell us additional, unnecessary charges. He did help us get an amazing deal on gap coverage and maintenance. He also got our rate down lower than we had agreed to (which he did not have to do). They were not pushy but were overly helpful and professional. We would HIGHLY recommend any car shopping to be done at this location.
