Customer services sucks.  I purchased a vehicle 4/18.  Now with the difficulties in obtaining new cars, they are resorting to contacting previous buyers with a letter advising they'd be interested in purchasing the vehicle back.  They need inventory desperately.  I'm always up for a good deal ..... so responded to the letter.  Not once, not twice, but 3 times.  The first by phone and left a voicemail for the GM whose name was on the letter.  3rd time was by email using their website.Shared my dissatisfaction with Hyundai of America and they advised to contact the dealership.  OMFG........  What a bunch of dicks.   Don't shop here.  I do love the brand but will never use or recommend Don Moore.

Very pleased with the selection and pricing. We were able to purchase a car for my daughter at the price we were looking for. John, our salesman, was great and made us feel like we were the most important people on the lot. Very personable. I will definitely be back in the future.

Don't trust them with your personal info. Gave them my information the other day to get pre approved and I expected them to run my credit once, but I checked my credit score today and its dropped 20 points because they ran 8 hard inquiries without my knowledge or permission. I hadn't even test drove the car I was just looking into it. But now that they've caused my credit score to drop I don't know if I can get approved anywhere else. They did pre approve me , at an insanely high interest rate of 23%. Like I said, I hadn't even test drove the car or talked to them about price, I guess they assumed I'd pay the full asking price of $14,700. It will be years before these come off my credit report, and there maybe be even more coming, I don't know how many more people they shopped my personal information around to or how much lower my score is going to go.Well today is Saturday 6/18. The other day I got a call from a sales manager from Don Moore named Jeff. He said he was sorry for what they did to my credit report and he wanted to make it right. His exact words were " If you want to come by and look at some cars I'll give you a Crazy Good Deal." So I went by there today to look at a 2013 Ford Fusion. When I got there he couldn't even find the keys. After about 30 minutes he said he left them in another car and it was in another part of Kentucky.      So I started to get the feeling something was up. He also kept trying to get me to look at some other cars. We decided just to go ahead and see what kind of deal we could make and then I could just test drive it later so it wouldn't be a complete waste of my time. The asking price for the car was $14,600. The trade in is between $10,500 and $11,800. Guess what Jeff's CRAZY GOOD DEAL was, $14,600. His good deal was me paying full asking price, plus he tried to rip me off on my trade in. I owe $2750 on my truck. I just replaced the a/c system, full tune up and other things. He told me he would be happy breaking even just to make me happy. Well he could easily get the $2750 back on my trade in, but only offered me $1500. Then over $1200 for taxes and dealer fees. So in the end Jeff's deal was me paying $17,200 on a car the full asking price is $14,600 and he also tried to tell me he'd be losing $1,100 on the deal. To be honest I figured if he really wanted to break even and give me a good deal it would come out to about $13,500 - $14,000. And another thing, I've had my truck 2 &1/2 years and it has never over heated, but after leaving, when I got to IGA on 25th I looked down and my temp gauge was almost all the way up. Jeff had just got done test driving my car for about 20 minutes. It went back down to normal and SEEMS to be ok now. My advice to all of you if you still for some reason want to buy a car at Don Moore is, if you have a trade in, ride with them because you don't know what they do to your car while they drive it. But I highly recommend going some where else, there are a lot of car dealers out there and obviously you can not trust Don Moore. I'm sure I'm not the only one they have done this to.Also just to let you know, Don Moore's " $2000 trade in deal" they sometimes have is a scam. About 5 years ago I was looking at some of their cars online and printed off some of them. By the time I got around to looking at them only 3 or 4 were left and the $2000 trade in deal had started. Every car I had printed off had been raised exactly $1000. I said something to one of the sales men and he just laughed and said " we can work something out"
