I am a new customer to enterprise. I came to this location to pick up my rental car but was told I need to pay 300.00$ deposit which was never told to me. I called customer service and I told them I need to rent a economical car for 3 days and they told me it will cost me approx 179.00$ for 3 days. So I made the appointment and when I got to this location to pick up the car I was told 300.00$ deposit and about 249.00$ for 3 days. Wow. Red flag. So I started asking questions and was upset that the price was much higher. Well the girl there whose name is Jax was yelling at me and she said are you belittling me? Are patronizing me? Really mean. I wasn't at all. I never talked mean in any way. Even the new employee was really shocked. I asked for a area manager to call meso I'm waiting for the call so I can explain in more detail. This is not the half of it all. After reading the previous reviews they have a history of very poor customer service and very rude employees. Seems like it just goes on and on. 2-20-2024 In response to your response. I have called multiple times and complained about my situation and they said that someone would be calling me but never has. I also sent the info that they requested by email that they responded and gave to me. They still have not called and made things right with me. They act concerned but they demonstrated otherwise. Shameful. They might call me now? Lol they have a history of complaints. Buyer Beware.
