Budget Car Rental

Came on time then waited 3 hours for no cars to show up. Why accept reservations if yall dont have enough cars? Ended up having to get a refund. Still dont have a vehicle tho!!

Not a bad place to get a rental way cheaper then enterprise n i get a discoynt throygh them as well but AVIS is alot cheaper n better!

Car was great. Seemed like they only had two people working (understandable it was the weekend). I picked up just before 12 returned just before 12 and was charged an additional day. Could have been an honest mistake but didn't have time to debate it. Great car service was decent if you have it in your head rental car services are probably going to rip you off.

Initial charge was 150, then I got charged an additional 250 upon arrival. No where on the website does it tell you how much more you'll be charged. It was very deceitful. I didn't have the extra money to spend. And had I known, I would've rented elsewhere.

Grant and his Budget Staff BLOW. Paid for and reserved a van over a month ago, confirmed the day before and no van, and grant told me to call the 800 number for service when Im at his location THE WORST.. ruined a day that was planned a month out !
