      image This bank has some nice people. Other pnc banks are more knowledgeable and their bankers are more available. If you just have a check to deposit, the mall location is fine. Anything else go to Harrodsburg or Tates Creek locations.

      image Worst customer service. Will not be using this PNC. Took over 6 minutes to get helped/ even acknowledge and I was the only car in the drive thru.

      image The staff here was very friendly, they had a super nice employee greeting people at the door ontop of asking what they could help me with. My visit was very quick, the teller was helpful and very informative.
