This location is excellent! I called them because I needed paystubs for Medicare. They had them ready when I came by! They also helped me when my debit card wasn't working at Kroger.

This branch was very rude over the phone. I gave a pre-approved check to a car dealer in town and the bank rejected the check because the date was not on this check. But the check had the issued date that the check was written and expiration date on it.I called to talk to the manager and was very rude and would keep interrupting me when I would try to speak. And even though everything on my and end was done properly he told me that I had to get a new check. Which means I will have to take off work for 6 hours due to where I'm located. I have spoken to my bank and multiple other banks to make sure I was not wrong and to verify the check was done properly.

So, Fifth Third has updated it's ATM. I'm not sure when because I had not frequented this location in a while, but the ATM is definitely new. It's has huge button options and is a much easier/quicker process. Yea! I had decided to utilize the teller lanes, but decided against the process due to quarantine. Hopefully, the ATM can take the increased drive thru traffic.
