Traditional Bank

Don't like the odd fees or explanation. Different setup than most banks. But helpfuk otherwise. Several convenient locations around Lexington. Online banking and account services are super basic but work easily and much better and most small banks.

So Ill admit Im very likely to not leave a review if they did a good job, but Im trying to make an effort to change that about my reviews. Now I didnt have my license and needed to cash a check from Traditions Bank, and it could have easily been a big issue. But Allison was very nice and since I had a picture, I had printed out of my license and it wasnt expired, she was more than willing to help me cash the check. Its nice to know that some people and the companys they work for are more concerned with doing whats right for the customer, instead of being worried about having my actual license. This one visit actually is making me think I might actually see about opening an account with them, and considering the issues of had with a bank that I just cant seem to catch up with the way they chase after issues that are a waste of time and effort. Thanks again Allison, for making me consider a local bank as an option.
