Customer service is terrible.... came into pay my car off and was told that I would have to wait 30-40 min for a banker to assist me. I was the only customer in the bank.

I needed to go in lobby to withdrawl money. So a little busy, lady teller greets when i walk in, 5 ppl ahead of me. She takes care of each. Guy in other room comes out doesn't recognize anyone with hello. Line finally gets up to me, i walk up get my id and card out, fill the paper work, then she quickly moves me over to the guy that didn't even acknowledge me. Wow. To take care of the 2 kids that were behind me, no other customer in bank. I commented that i didnt like being handed off like i didnt even rate being a customer. The guy says "oh its so you get quicker service." Im sorry i just waited 15 minutes, you didnt even recognize me until the line was done. So it wasnt for my conveince. If you don't want me as customer i can go to another bank. BTW the kids just wanted coin sleeves.
