I think Jay is a pretty alright guy, I don't know what this is about. I've been here for 9 months anytime I ever needed anything fixed, I send my landlord a text and it gets done.

DO NOT rent here. Horrible place. My husband and I unfortunately have been here for two years now because we cant move just yet. The day we moved in we had no working ac/ heat working in the bedroom and in the living room it worked sometimes and now is completely broken. After several attempts to get someone to come and look at it they said it was a fire hazard because of the corroded pipes in the ac/heat . They told me it would be 6 months to get the parts needed . Its been well over 6 months and nothing. Here we are approaching winter and still no heat. His bandaid was a portable ac that we had through the summer and then for winder space heaters that we cannot even use because it trips the breaker. Not to mention we had a sink problem and the apartment got flooded a couple of times because of it. There is no emergency maintenance phone number. After 5 during the week or weekends key does not answer his phone. Finally after mopping and using up my good towels to clean the water up someone came and they had to cut the dry wall out to fix the problem. Said they would be back to patch it up. Its been months and there is still a hole in our kitchen wall. This man will not be getting one done from us until these issues are fixed. Ive already called code enforcement and if I need to take it to court I will. On top of that he is the rudest person I have ever met.Jey is very narcissistic in my opinion. He will be out of business before you know it. Please no not move here or any of his other properties. He is the worst.

Unprofessional. This man shouldnt be allowed to manage any properties ever again. Disgusting set of management with no professionalism DO NOT do business with this man you will regret it instantly. Horrible attitude, disrespectful, unprofessional and hateful man. Save hard earned money and your time.
