I had a long review written out with every single issue I have with this place, but I realized its not worth my time, energy, or peace to post it. Its ridiculous.

Looks nice, but had immediate plumbing issues where the toilets won't flush well, or the hot water lasts 3 min. These issues remain 8 months later, are yet to be resolved. Apartment also leaks from the outside when it rains, seeps into the kitchen during long periods of rain. Company has been notified, still no resolution.

Lived here for 1 year in total and was very dissatisfied with MANY things. To start, when moving in, there were a lot of issues with the condition of the unit including holes above the stairs, duck tape holding pipes together, crack in the ceiling from leaking through the bathroom, water damage in the bathroom in general. The leak issue was eventually patched but continued to be an issue, as the pipe was never fixed that was causing the leak. Fast forward to change in management and that was a complete disaster. No one actually informed us that there would be a change in management and how it would affect us. It was impossible to communicate, unless by text, which I felt was extremely unprofessional and when I had questions about my account, the new management was incompetent and incapable of giving me very basic details about my payment history. Thereafter, water, sewage, and trash were then prorated regardless of the amount used, which was not outlined in our initial lease, but was mandated by new management. And FINALLY, we dealt with pests and rodents throughout the time that we lived here. First, there was a rat problem, that ruined our dishwasher and resulted in it needing to be replaced and since new management has taken over there has been a huge roach problem, regardless of how much we cleaned, and kept things put up. I WOULD NOT suggest living here.

Impossible to get them to fix anything or even answer the phone. Finally showed up after 3 days of an issue that should've been dealt with immediately. Maintenance guys were nice but you darn near have to harass the lazy woman in the office to get them out to fix something.

I love living next door to my neighbor Michael Kelingos, he smells great and does not attract bugs!
