        My husband and I have lived at Park Place for almost 2 years now and we cant recommend it enough! Not only are the apartments amazing and up to date, but the staff and maintenance team are so helpful and truly care about their tenants! We've really enjoyed living here and getting to know other residents through various events hosted by the staff.

        Greatly enjoyed my time at Park Place. The staff were very responsive with any maintenance requests. The grounds were well kept, and the location was convenient to many shopping areas. They had the cutest events throughout the year to thank residents and made sure residents were aware through signage, cute invitations, and emails. Wonderful place to live if you are new to the area.

        Originally, renting here was going to be temporary for us. That was almost 5 yrs ago. We love our townhouse. Plenty of room, so convenient, great Maintenance staff, friendly office folks. It is like a park, lots of green space, beautiful landscaping, pet friendly with good walking spaces. Park Place has been a wonderful place for us to call home!

        Great apartment complex! Nice and quit neighborhood with plenty of walking/running opportunities. Great location with a lot of shopping options right next door. The townhouses are huge and luxurious. Staff always friendly and helpful and maintenance is top. Overall a really great and fun place to live with your family.
