        Trashy place. Parking lots littered. Saw maintenance in the green truck littering bags of trash in the parking lot. Leaves tenants with no running water for weeks with no notice.

        Basic apts, nothing special at all. The area is average as far as safe and not getting your bean whacked with a fence pole by a one legged crackhead robbing you for one sneaker... Not saying it WON'T or CAN'T happen it's just slightly less reoccurring.
