Very disappointed. All advertising online stresses that they are very pet friendly, but upon trying to apply they said that they ONLY accept cats or dogs. I have small exotic pets that are visual pets for the most part and remain caged, unable to do any sort of damage to the property or inconvenience other tenants in any way, which to me would seem to be much better than a cat or a dog. Seems like a nice apartment but couldn't get past the prejudice.

Great appartment, my first in my life

Pickway Manor has been a great first apartment for my fiance and I. When we first moved in the landlady (Diana) was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Everyone has been super nice to us. The neighbors have been quiet and the only maintenance issue we experienced was a slow tub drain (which we easily fixed with a drain snake). Unfortunately they are renovating soon so we will be moving out, but from my experience so far (lived here about 4 months: January - May) it's a great place to live!
