Genuinely could not recommend anything less. To start- black mold. While living there I had black mold covering the walls of my bathroom. It allegedly started with a sewage leak into my walls. It was gross and unlivable. I mentioned this the first time with no rectification even though I made it known that it was imperative to be handled. Three months later and larger mold spots I was finally told maintenance would be coming to fix it. At no point was I told I was going to be displaced from my apartment due to strong chemical odor- but I was. For three days I had to get a hotel on top of paying for a full months rent because they refused to prorate rent for this. Jay- the management, genuinely just bit off more than he could chew by taking these buildings that need a lot more work than what they lead on and cover up. Unless you want to come back from work to a cold shower for a week straight, blown fuses that wont be fixed for over 24 hours because you dont have your own breaker, non working appliances that will never be fixed, cupboard doors falling off by just looking at them, sewage leaks, and much more- save time money and grief by just looking elsewhere. Honestly wouldnt be surprised if the health department condemns these buildings eventually.

Shady property management. Maintenance came in my apartment, with no forewarning or notice, while I was gone (RED FLAG #1!!!). My PlayStation was stolen, an heirloom ring from my grandmother, and god only knows what else any/everything of value was stolen from me by their employees (yes, there is a police report). Did I receive any sort of reimbursement? No. Was my rent prorated to account for the theft? No. Did management acknowledge that an employee entered my apartment and stole from me? Yes. I was beyond shocked when, a month or so after moving out, I had a hit on my credit report for almost $1,000 from this place. I had over $1,000 worth of items stolen, but it wasnt enough for their greed. Management hired folks that physically stole from me, and once I was all moved out they decided to try their hand at getting more from me. It was, and still is, so insane and negligent. There is much more suspicious activity going on here. You will never meet the alleged person who owns this property - he is in Hawaii lol. Terrible BBB reviews for this place and for good reason. Youre better off dealing with Anderson Communities or any other property management service. This is the only place I had issues with in the 5 years I lived in Lexington. Heed my advice.

Tried to get some information from this place, and no one would answer so my only option was to book a showing. After more researching, I found many reviews left on this man named Jay that seems to be the manager. Everyone had nothing but bad things to say, but I was hoping the management had changed. I call and finally get ahold of someone to let them know I was there a little early, Jay was so rude on the phone. Instantly you could tell this guy was miserable and took it out on everyone else. If he talked this way to a potential renter, I could not imagine a tenant. Save yourself the time and don't even look at this place.
