        This hotel is very accommodating to families. Ruben at the front desk was extremely helpful and I was grateful for his kind service.

        It was nice. Breakfast was good. The bathroom is separated into 2 rooms. The one w the commode has a tiny, barely functional sink

        Services failures stems from the top. GM Danette G. was not there for 3 days and decides when she shows up to not address service failures instead ask s me to leave the property. If giving feedback that the main light in my room was not working (with zero communication or follow up that they were "waiting for a part" so for 3 nights barely had any light in my room) and housekeeping failed to clean my room results in being asked to leave the property I would say Marriott standards have gone completely down.
