Super 8 by Wyndham Florence

Just dirty, trash everywhere. I went down hill. now what this just said previously is a post that a friend of mine put using my phone she left that review because she had noticed it went downhill. we had to get her out of there because she was making too much of a mess and with her dog. after that I cleaned the room up and it was very easy to clean with the housekeepers. well she is my phone to leave this review for 3 months ago. I checked out for one day when that had happened and then I came back the next day and they saw my name on my card and the owner's wife got her husband and showed him my name and showed him the review and they told me I was no longer welcome there. because I gave them an honest review but yet I didn't it wasn't even me who left a review if it just happened she used my phone but there was no lie in the review. so be careful because if you let somebody else use your phone to do a review for them or if you leave a truthful review they will not allow you back. they try to say it took 3 days to clean the room I came back the very next day I already have the room all cleaned up I had the blankets and pillow cases all bunch together I had all the trash out of the room it was not hard to clean.. but they made that up and used that as an excuse to not allow us to come back there when in reality it's because his wife noticed that the name on that bed review was the name of my card and they have not allowed me to stay since. there are lots of roaches they have been there for the past 3 years now and we have found bed bugs in several of the rooms. it's extremely difficult to get the things that you need there. housekeeping is not very good at getting you the things they're supposed to take care of you everyday. they are supposed to give you clean towels everyday they won't you have to chase them down to get toilet paper. I was not going to write a review because there's nothing but bad to say. do yourself a favor and download Wyndham rewards and schedule a room at the super 8 down the highway before you get to florence. since they kicked me out over and honest review that I didn't even leave an open book people need to know that place should be shut down it is in really bad shape and there are a lot of bugs that elevator has been broken since I don't know when. you can find needles on the ground there a lot. so I would definitely recommend going up the highway and get off on buttermilk Pike then go to Royal drive and pay to stay at that super 8. much better experience there much nicer people also. and it's always actually clean. this place honestly need shut down because it is that bad I was never going to leave a review like this but hey if you're going to kick me out for a review that's in my name and we're supposed to be able to leave reviews without repercussions then I think that I should be honest about how bad it really is there and they constantly have the tops coming out for something the cops are always there for rowdy guests or other issues.
