Quality Inn & Suites Florence - Cincinnati South

Hotel is not clean. The first room we were assigned with our 3 kids smelled of must and smoke and was completely flithy. We couldn't even breathe and immediately left out the room. There were people engaging in adult behavior that could be heard in the hallway that my children heard. So we were moved to another room in a different floor where the smell was better but the phone cord to the phone was cut in our room so we couldn't call for room service and the beds were made with stained linen. The front lady was nice but I would NOT recommend this place to stay especially with children.

Wish I had cash tip for leave the ladies but stuff were so nice and welcoming Im a truck driver and was able to park my truck for free come in and get a hot breakfast and a nice clean room every time I stop in that area I will book a room Thank you

This hotel only has 4 local channels on the tv. No cable. Also no elevators. The room smelled like mildew.

Beginning to get upset cuz this is the third time I've been to this hotel and twice now they screwed up and not put my rewards on to my reservation
