SureStay By Best Western Florence

Wish there was a zero star rating. The police were there 4 times ( that I saw ). Once to take the managers wife to jail for terroristic threatening for pulling a butcher knife on an employee. Kids running wild up and down the halls. People gathered in the parking lot. Music blaring. Kids gathered in the business center sitting on the floor. I accidently left a hair trimmer plugged in and when I called to let them know I was coming back for it, it wasn't there according to desk clerk. She told me to check back. Employees living on site. Not sure what Best Western would say about that. All in all it's probably best to spend a bit more to stay elsewhere.

The Internet sucks I've been using my hotspot. The dogs constantly barking and whining. None of house keeping speaks English and at night it's like a club and everyone is parking lot partying. Was going to get a few more weeks in but HELL NAW Friday we are going somewhere else. For the money the best thing is the breakfast. If you like biscuits and gravy and don't get tired of it every morning

Excellent service all staff is really sweet and very patient. As long as you communicate any issues they will work with you to solve a you will never leave unhappy. They really do treat the guest like family. I couldnt ask for better customer service! Safety: They take the safety of guests to heart if you see anything questionable just let them know an they will get it fio Walkability: Short walks to kfc/long John silvers, Arbys, White Castle, Waffle House and the hop shop as well. Food & drinks: Have vending machines with plenty of snack an cold drinks

We are a Diamond select member with Best Western and no way should they want their name on this horrible place. The shower area was disgusting and falling apart. The floors were sticky and our room smelled horribly. The smoke detector was broken and the security lock on the door was falling off. Food on the floors in the hallway and the parking lot looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Rooms: Our room was not suitable even for our dog.

I would stay again for the breakfast. Fresh tems always prepare by the attendant
