Absolutely the best hotel we can recall staying at ever. We'll insulated suite, we heard no noise from all the youngsters we saw around. Beautiful room, great kitchen. Perfect for travel with pets. Staff was very busy but attended to all our needs. Nearby activities: Hotel is located next to gigantic shopping area, multiple malls, tons of restaurants.

If you want peace and quiet I would not recommend this place. The airport is busy and loud, but not near as loud as the guests. The pool was packed full of people and I've never seen pool water so cloudy and dirty that I couldn't even see my feet. The chairs smelt like fermented urine when we first walked in the pool area and sat down. I understand that using large refill bottles for the hygiene products in the bathroom is for sustainability and cost efficiency, but it is off putting when I first walked into my bathroom to shower and get ready for bed and saw dust, skin flakes and hair covering the top of the bottles. I had blonde hair stuck to the bottom of my feet in the bathroom; My family and I have black hair! I also understand that the toilet paper is stamped with the faucet for decoration but our toilet paper rolls had been stamped and soaked through to where we couldn't even pull the paper from the roll it was stuck together and hardened. The best experience was the breakfast and the very nice woman who was running the breakfast bar.
