U.S. Bank Branch

If you are looking to be treated like a criminal and looked at as an inconvenience, I highly recommend this horrible branch of what I thought was a decent bank. Maria Roenker made me feel so uncomfortable and out of place, even after I had asked her to look at my profile and see the lengthy financial history and strong relationship I have with the bank she still made it clear I didn't look like someone who should have the amount of money I was depositing. When I asked for her card after being treated so poorly instead of giving me the card she antagonized me by exclaiming how she makes the decisions at that branch and no one would override her which I found extremely odd considering I had moved on from the original conversation and simply requested her card. I have been keeping my US Bank account open since I have numerous accounts and dealings over the years but since relationship and tradelines hold no weight with Maria I will be switching everything over to GE Credit Union where I have never been treated like a bank robber instead of a client with multiple paid loans an open mortgage multiple open credit lines and numerous other business dealings. I planned on getting more guidance on wealth management/ investing from an accident settlement I will be receiving but Maria made it clear my business wasn't welcomed at "her bank" well don't worry I won't be and neither will any of my friends or family. I hope whatever made you treat me that way gets better for you because no on deserves that embarassment.

I wish I could remember the tellers name, but she was the best! So kind, attentive and went above and beyond to help my son and I. We really appreciate the small town costumer service experience!

Rude. Went in there and asked a simple question. Where the atm was at. One teller pointed the other said around back. Asked if it was by the building out back they didn't answer. Sad when think they are all high and mighty and can't answer a question for us common people.

Staff is not helpful, manager also not helpful, I asked to sit down with a banker to discuss my account and they made it clear they had no time for me or any desire to help. Terrible Branch.
