We Usually bank in
Falmouth Kentucky but always seems to be problems with keeping the computers up and running the will lose customers like this
Alexandria bank does a great job with the customer service

So disappointed at the professionalism of the woman working the drive thru on july 18 2020. I really want delete my accounts and move on to a community bank. They dont even stay open on the weekends barely anymore and the have closed so many locations. Time to move on.

Concur with previous review regarding lack of professionalism. Branch on Mt Zion Rd-excellent. Branch on 18, W of Hopeful Church- excellent. Branch on corner of 42 and Pleasant Valley- excellent. First visit at Alexandria branch, disaster. I will continue with BB&T because of previous excellent service and being a long time customer of Bank of Kentucky. I will check occasionally at Alexandria branch to see if they have made any improvements. Not sure if I encountered the same woman. Perhaps it is the overall climate there? Unprofessional. Too bad.
