        First of all I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got the regular, so wrong order. Second of all I had paid through the app and redeemed my points for a free 10 piece chicken nugget. Pulled up to the window and the manager was like sorry you redeemed your points but youre not getting your reward since you failed to tell us at the speaker. Was arguing with me. Terrible service, terrible management, and cant get an order right.

        Who do I need to contact to get a complaint taken care of?? I placed a mobile order on 5/13/2023, went to pick up my order, sign posted on the door "closed for cleaning" same on the drive thru. Yet I was charged for an order I didn't receive. Contacted store three times, no returned call. Emailed a complaint. Did 3 surveys and still no contact or refund. Very unprofessional......only gave 1 star because that's the only way I could leave a review. And still nothing..pathetic.

        Always a long wait even if Im the only customer, 8/10 times Ive eaten here Ive had to send the order back on super basis things like a singular burger or chicken sandwich.

        Guy taking orders should either not be working talking to people or should definitely learn customer service skills. Extremely rude. If your out of items or no longer sell them there needs to be some sort of indication of such, especially so the guy taking orders doesnt catch an attitude acting like Im supposed to know what they do and do not have or are out of. You dont like your job or whatever the issue is, sorry not my fault. I didnt come to Wendys to be treated like trash by some poor mannered disrespectful young adult. You get in return what you give so if you treat me like trash well back at ya.
