Little Caesars Pizza

I dont know what it is about this place but they can never get their stuff together. They say my foods gonna be ready at a certain time its ready. 30 minutes to an hour later its absolutely ridiculous. Every time I walk in there theres 10+ people waiting for their food. I dont see the point of ordering ahead if they dont even have your order ready when you get there, I like the prices but I dont like the stuff that I have to deal with along with everything else

I had pre-ordered pizza online. I got the notification it was done, once I got there the code and qr would not work. The cashier constantly went in the back and didn't attend to the customers. A lady in front of me couldnt get a refund for something they were out of. Took me 15 mintues to get cashier to help me get my order. While i was there, their were numerous of customers that seemed very upset with the service they received.

Placed an online order hours prior for a pickup time of 3:30pm. Upon arrival our food was not in the oven. Was informed that the two managers went to get more dough cause they ran out. Not sure why it took two people but ight. Didnt receive our order until alittle after 4. The one star I guess is for the price since thats about the only good thing I can say here. Upon getting home, we didnt get pretzel crust or pepperoni that we asked for. Kid-friendliness: Kids love peesha

Suppose to be hot n ready instead they are a hot mess. Dough wasnt made when it was suppose to so day shift is running behind. They say 30min wait which really means a hour and 20 min wait. Unprofessional conversations being loudly spoke across the kitchen bitching and talking about how much of a disaster it is. They are short staffed too. Currently this locations lacks professionalism, and staffing. This location needs a overhaul.
