        I walked into the store and I was there for less than 10 minutes. A sales representative came up and asked how he can help. I advised him of 3,500 limit I had to get Washer, Dryer, Stove & Refrigerator rather than talking to me he looked down on me with such disrespect. He was very rude and inconsiderate and he wasn't even willing to try and help.

        Best Buy sent their technician to install a range I purchased from them. 3 times, Yes 3 times Best Buy sent their guys and they were not able to install. I returned the range and bought from Factory Direct. One hour later I'm up and running. Thank you guys for doing what Best Buy couldn't.

        They have a much better selection than a box store or even the appliance store I was going to across town. Prices were competitive and the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am so glad I found this store.

        The business is clean, well lit and the help seemed knowledgeable and friendly. From past experience with them I was expecting better prices than at the big big stores. Nope. They were right on par with the competition and their delivery options were $$$.
