Yes, I agree with customer about the manager, She is a very nasty rude person and I can certainly see why they're closing with her there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! My mom and I had picked up a few things, not a whole lot mind you as a lot of their items were marked way up and then marked down 10 to 30%, due to the store closing, but I digress. Mom and I went to a line, the light was on to signal it was opened. We unloaded our cart and once we were done unloading, the clerk turned off her light walked away and said she was closed, like really how rude, what ever happened to customer service. Of course as I proceeded to put our items back in the cart, I said out loud no wonder the store is closing. We went to another line (there were only 2 others opened. As we are waiting in line, the lines kept getting longer and longer. Do you think the store would have the courtesy to call more checkers up, no of course not. We proceeded to check out and I said I would like to speak with a manager. The female manager came, said she was the manager in a very condescending manner. I told her of our experience, she was like so what, what do you want me to do. I mentioned the long lines, she said all my staff called in, (hmm I wonder why?)like that is my fault really? She then proceeded to walk away speaking very hateful words, including the use of derogatory names towards me a customer. I worked in retail for several years back in the 1980s and 1990s, including several years at a different Kmart. We would NEVER treat a customer like my mother and I were treated. Like I said its no wonder they are closing.
