I’m currently employed by Compass Medical (as a temp/individual contract) & this is the BEST company I’ve EVER worked for!! I’ve been in healthcare for over 20 years & am not easily impressed but, Compass has too many positive things to list. The main factors are~they REALLY appreciate their employees. (I even get a thank you card after working for them-yes, every time) as well as a Christmas card. These things alone don’t “make a good company” but, the fact that the owners come to the events & introduce themselves & personally thank you for being there. They pay well. They provide lunch, breakfast, snacks & drinks for you. I don’t mean a few cheap pizzas either~I mean good quality food such as chipotle etc. Above all else, they are about their patients & employees. The doctors I’ve had the pleasure of working with are great!! The rest of the team is also professional, efficient, helpful & very nice. It’s a drama free zone. I can’t say enough about this company but, it’s definitely THE BEST!!!
