      image Insurance billing is a complete joke. We were told we had an appt that we waited a month for. I called the day of just to make sure everything was good. Then we get there and are told there has been an insurance glitch. It was their fault and they still did not call us or let us know. We sat here talking to our insurance and the arts billing. They still would not see us until we gave them money. Wow, if there was another place to go I'd be there
