Salina ENT is a joke. We had been seeing Dr Melissa and loved her. Had to meet with Dr Bell who was running over an hour behind. When we met with him he said well a lot of my patients come from hours away, I cant just cut them off if they have concerns. I needed to reschedule an appointment and the receptionist was incredibly rude about it to the point I gave up. I called the next day and she made a comment along the lines of I think its funny this appointment has been scheduled for 2 weeks and youre just now finding out it wont work. At todays appointment, the clinic manager was extremely unprofessional as well, and some how once I questioned our balance based on our deductible his balance went down to the tune of almost $200. We absolutely will not be returning.
