I tried to give this place zero stars. This was the worst hotel experience ever. My belongings were stolen by housekeeping. My electric toothbrush, travel size beard and hair products, Tom Ford belt, Tom Ford shoe bags, cedar wood shoe trees. Management couldnt explain why my belongings were stolen and removed from my room. Conveniently, neither the house keeper nor any manager came to work the next day. I was locked out of my room for over 3 hours why they tried to cover up the theft. I have yet to be even contacted by management for a simple apology. Let alone reimbursement for my stolen items. Management and housekeeping or a disaster. The rooms are dated the carpet had an odor. The front desk staff was helpful but with fail leadership there was not much they could do.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I wish there would have been a microwave because the bistro although good was priced like a dine in restaurant or an airport.
The area is not walk friendly and has nothing within any walking distance, you must uber everywhere or drive.
Staff was friendly and always helpful. Be prepared to pay a large deposit fee for the room and wait for at least 3 to 5 days to get it back.

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Hotel and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff greeted me with a warm smile and made check-in a breeze. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel's courtyard was a lovely surprise, a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service - every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend the Courtyard Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. I can't wait to return!"
