If you're gonna charge so much for an econo lodge, at least vacuum up all the bugs before guests arrive. The room had dozens of dead bugs all over the floor

Housekeeping barged into my room without announcing themselves before entering. After entering the gentleman said, "HOUSEKEEPING". It was only 10am, the check out time was at 11am, and we were set to stay another night!! I cannot comprehend why housekeeping DID NOT knock. The worst part is that we were in bed partially clothed. The very next morning housekeeping did not knock again. Luckily, I placed the locks on; the female housekeeper was not happy about that. Breakfast is cereal, fruit (banana/orange), and packaged bread. The room was pretty tidy overall upon arrival, smelled clean too. The hotel is located in a good area (many stores nearby). There is also a QuikTrip next door. Noteworthy details: Do not park near the stairs. They dump buckets of water to clean them and housekeeping may carelessly dump dirt water on your vehicle.
