        PFI Cleaners provided excellent, efficient, and effective service. I flew to Kansas for a multi-day wedding celebration. All of the new outfits were extremely wrinkled and needed ironing. There were a total of 11 pieces, some were printed cotton and other items were heavily embroidered. Within 4 hours, the order was completed and ready for pickup. Grateful for Tay's guidance and the staff that finished all these outfits perfectly. Services: Clothes pressing, Ironing

        They told me that they would be able to press a bridal veil in 1 day. I show up at 5 pm the next day and they obviously forgot to do it and told me to come back in 30 minutes. When I got back it was in the same shape it arrived in. Complete waste of time and I won't trust my clothes here again. I'm the picture is the veil AFTER I PICKED IT UP.

      Good Evening,Im so sorry about this. We never have issues like this. In our system we dont have any records of a press only veil coming in yesterday. It must have been a mistake from one of our employees. We don't take veils for press only for next day service. Anyways I greatly apologize about this. Ill make sure our staff knows.Thank you for the feedback
