        Your survey is only 2 questions??? Just like my shirts, half way done!! In fact when I took my shirts back and the lady said she would re press. When I return to pick up I was told that it was best and if I didn't like the way they looked to take someplace else. I decided she was having a bad day and returned. These are dress shirts worn with a tie. This time half the shirts were nicely done with other half didn't have the card board insert to keep the collar up right and straight. They were smashed down and wrinkled!! Which I repressed to were. Both times I asked to speak to the manage and was told she was not on site. I just left as a unhappy customer and out of frustration.

        Clothes were wonderfully clean and packed and delivered to The personnel in the store were excellent and the ones it came out to the car or even better thank you thank you thank you.
