Pride Cleaners - Executive Hills

I dropped off my coat on Sunday and they had it cleaned and pressed by Monday evening. I picked it up Tuesday and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

We have been loyal customers here. I recently brought a pair of green throw pillow covers for in for dry cleaning. When I picked them up, they were faded and light blue a completely different color. When I brought them back for resolution, I was told they wanted to try to fix them. Later, I was informed they followed the label care instructions and to contact the manufacturer. When I contacted the manufacturer, they said there is no way these were dry cleaned properly due to the fading. They had to of been washed. I went back to the dry cleaner and had to ask for a refund for the cleaning. I also requested payment to replace my ruined pillow covers. They declined and only offered a $10 refund. I am now out more than $150. Very dissatisfied, zero accountability and terrible customer service. We will not be back! Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I took my mink coat to them, where I usually use Alaskan Fur! They did a great job, as I was very sceptic! Im very happy with the outcome!! LEW
