        I asked for heavy starch 2 weeks in a row and didn't receive it both times. I explained that to them and still had to pay for it 2 weeks in a row. Clean facility, lack of customer service and attention to detail.

        I came here because it said same day service on the window. 90% of the other dry cleaners in town ask you to drop off by 9am for 5pm pickup wen claiming same day service. This place tried to quote me 2 days later. Then, when I asked for same day service they said I needed to have it there first thing in the morning. Who knows what time that means? They certainly couldn't clarify. Eventually the guy said that he could have it by 9am the next morning. Went back and they said come back at noon. Sorry, but I actually wanted slacks to work in today. That's why I asked for same day service! Take "Same Day Service" off of your window and website. Stop overpromising and undelivering. Next time I'll drive half a mile in either direction to go somewhere else...
