These folks know how to diagnosis and fix vehicles. They look at everything in the vehicle. I went to a service center in Montpelier VT and they only looked at one aspect of the car only to find there were several issues which needed attention.

My 2023 Ford F 350 had a leaky rear window. I called the dealership where I bought it from and they told me to go to Max Ford. Little does Max Ford knows this was two days after I received the truck. I already had it scheduled for tint all the way around and I told the gentleman that did the tint not to tint the rear window because it needs to be replaced. He forgot that we talked about leaving the rear window not tinted. Anyways, it rained and the window didnt leak. I called the dealership and told them that it was raining all day it didnt leak. So I didnt take it to Max Ford just yet. After a race my truck was dusty and I took it to wash it and again it leaked. I didnt wipe off the water on my seat, and the service advisor says to me if your window tint caused this window to leak it will not be covered under warranty. I asked him how do you think that my tint made this window to leak? I told the advisor that my tint on the window did not make this window leak. I left that conversation at that. They ordered the window I guess and a few weeks go by and I had to ask what the status was on my window and when I can get it fixed. They scheduled it for Tuesday and I also showed them a molding that wasnt tucked in like the other side. Needless to say, my truck wasnt even touched on Tuesday. They did provide a shuttle service and it was great. Shuttle service is great. They wanted me to bring my truck in again on Wednesday and I couldnt. I took it in on Thursday and didnt get my truck back until today Friday. The other service guy proceeded to tell me that they tint my tint caused the window to leak. Granted by this time a little annoyed because being in the automotive industry since 2005 until early this year its kinda insulting. I went on to learn how to do auto body in 2017, when to a pdr, window chip repair, and (drum roll) window tinting course in California. I have cut out and replaced many front and rear windows . Anyways they left the old window in the bed of my truck and if you look at the window (Max Ford Please UPLOAD a picture) on the upper left corner and about in the middle to the lower end the urethane is a little on the thin side. I ended up calling Max Ford in Nevada, MO and the guy that works for that Max Ford location cant believe the service advisor told me this. Also I took my truck in for a service and tire rotation. Says right on the counter by the advisor that a wash is included. Nothing like that happened. When I took my truck in for them to check for this leak the truck was clean. After they got done I had water spots all over it.
